To track the current SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern, biomers.net offers QIAGEN®-developed LNA-based qPCR genotyping assays for use with the QIAprep& Viral RNA UM Kit™.
To achieve a higher degree of confidence in SARS-CoV-2 variant identification we recommend to use more than one assay (e.g., Omicron/K417N+Del HV 69/70 and Delta/T478K+L452R).
